To assist us in responding faster to your request for help, we use a Live Answer phone system along with Voice Messaging. This system allows us to manage, organize and prioritize calls so that your call can be handled in an efficient and timely manner. It also ensures that calls are not lost or left unanswered.
Depending upon when you call, your call may be answered live or you may need to leave a message. Calls received outside of the regular support hours described below are handled on a priority basis. Emergencies are given top priority and all calls are responded to as soon as possible.

For support during our regular support hours, your call is answered live by a Support analyst or you can opt to leave a message and we will return your call within minutes.

If your question is not urgent, you can email ABEL's Support department directly. You can expect a return email from an ABELDent Support representative within two business days.
There is no cost for emailed support to customers that are subscribers of a Flat Rate Support Plan. For others, email support is subject to billing based on your specific Support Plan.
